❄ What makes Bunny special: His cute little short bunny tail which usually wags up and down instead of from side to side!
Little Bunny, with his short bunny tail, was rescued out of a government shelter in the summer of 2025. We don't know anything about his past or how he ended up in the government shelter, but when we saw him this special boy was really making the best of his tough situation. Surrounded by crowded kennels and sick dogs, Bunny didn't let anything get him down! When we spotted him he was still happily trying to play with the other dogs, and was excitedly trying to get attention from the shelter staff. We couldn't bare the idea of life in the shelter breaking this boy's spirit, so we decided to take him with us.
Bunny is a bundle of energy and joy! He absolutely adores people and loves getting attention. Whether he’s bouncing around playfully or eagerly greeting new friends, Bunny’s happiness is contagious. He also has the cutest little short bunny tail, which wiggles frantically whenever he’s excited, which is most of the time!
Because he throws himself into life with such excitement, Bunny can sometimes get a little overwhelmed. In moments like this, he freezes — not out of fear, but out of sheer overstimulation. It’s important for his future family to understand that Bunny doesn’t always know how to set limits for himself when he’s caught up in the moment. He will need patient owners who can guide him gently and help him manage all that joyful energy.
Bunny has a very sweet side and has shown he can be a true lapdog. We believe this affectionate side will really blossom once he's in a quieter, calmer home. We're hoping he finds someone who can offer him a way out of the crowded shelter.
Bunny may not have known much kindness in his life so far, but he hasn’t let that dim his light. Imagine how much more joy he’ll discover once he has a family of his own! With space to run, plenty of playtime, patient guidance to help him handle his boundless energy, and, most importantly, all the affection he craves, Bunny will blossom into the most wonderful companion.
Bunny is currently in Turkey and is ready to travel to the UK or the EU.
