❄ What makes Bobo special: His beautiful beady eyes with which he gives you the sweetest looks asking for attention!

Bobo was one of our first rescues of 2025.

Poor Bobo had an owner before, but was abandoned and brought to a hell-hole of a shelter, where staff only visit a few times a week, and the dogs are left to fend for themselves without being fed for days at a time. When animal lovers discovered the shelter, volunteers started going to the shelter to feed the dogs. Every time the volunteers were in the shelter, Bobo would sit by the fence giving them desperate looks, begging to be saved. Whilst other dogs lost interest in the volunteers after a while, Bobo never stopped staring at the volunteers, hoping to catch their attention so he wouldn't be left behind. He refused to look away the whole time the volunteers were there, every time they visited. With his sweet nature and soft temperament, the volunteers realised that he was struggling in the harsh shelter environment. They saw how desperate he was for a better life, so they asked us for help.

 

Bobo is one big teddy bear! Sweet-natured, social and affectionate, Bobo gets along with everyone and has made lots of new friends since arriving in the Melez enclosure. Bobo is great with other dogs and is friendly towards every dog he meets. The other dogs simply adore him. He spends lots of time playing with all the other dogs and easily keeps up with the younger dogs. He also loves snoozing in the sun, and the other dogs also seek him out during nap time and cuddle up with him in the sunshine.

 

Bobo loves people and is extremely affectionate. He is very friendly towards new people and wants cuddles and attention from everyone.

 

With his cheerful character and easy-going nature, Bobo is a dog who would suit any household. Bobo is a confident dog who walks well on the lead and likes going out for walks. He is easy to handle and never makes a fuss.

 

Bobo is truly a special dog, and with his sweet, loving nature he really deserves the happiest of homes!

 

Bobo is currently in Turkey and is available for adoption in the UK and the EU.

 

Our dogs arrive in their homes microchipped, up to date on their Rabies and Mixed vaccinations, spayed/neutered, dewormed and deflead and tested for Heartworm, Ehrlichia, Leishmania and Anaplasma. The dogs visit the vets for a final health check before they travel. If needed, their teeth are cleaned and X-Rays are taken of any potential areas of concern. Any concerns or potential health issues we are aware of will be communicated with you beforehand.
