Meet Kerry, a timid little girl who really needs the the safety of a loving home. Kerry's journey has been one of resilience, and she is initially timid and fearful of strangers, men, and the outside world. However, behind those anxious eyes lies a sweet, happy, and funny personality that only unfolds when she feels safe and secure.

Little Kerry was found wandering the streets all by herself. She is way too small to be able to survive on her own, and she was clearly struggling. She was all skin and bones and she had mange.. Luckily, she was found by an animal lover who took her in and nursed her back to health. But once she was healthy, she had nowhere to go. Not wanting her to have to go back to the streets, the animal lover asked me for help and Kerry got to move in to our enclosure.

Kerry is a shy, but sweet little girl. She wants to trust people so badly, but she's not quite sure whether she can..

Kerry is initially fearful of new people, and may bark when she sees people from afar, and will keep her distance when visitors come into the kennels. She is especially shy around men. But it doesn't take long for her to let her guard down a little and come up to say hello. Once she establishes trust, this little girl reveals her true colors – a sweet mix of funny, playful antics, and affection and loyalty towards her human.

 

The world outside of the enclosure is scary for Kerry and she is very hestitant when she is taken out of the kennels, but she is slowly learning to walk on a lead. Kerry is good with other dogs and would benefit from having a stable, social dog in her home who can help her build her confidence. 

 

Kerry needs a calm, stable, loving home with experienced adopters. By providing her with the safety and love she deserves, you will be allowing her happy personality to blossom, whilst forging a bond that lasts a lifetime.

Kerry is currently in Turkey and is ready to travel to the UK or the EU.

The dogs arrive in their homes microchipped, up to date on their Rabies and Mixed vaccinations, spayed/neutered, dewormed and deflead and tested for Heartworm, Ehrlichia, Leishmania and Anaplasma. The dogs visit the vets for a final health check before they travel. If needed, their teeth are cleaned and X-Rays are taken of any potential areas of concern. Any concerns or potential health issues we are aware of will be communicated with you beforehand.
