❄ What makes Dalis special: her black and brown freckled nose

Dalis was found as a tiny baby on the streets all by herself. She was very ill, but luckily she was found by an animal lover who took her straight to the vets. It turned out that she had Parvo, but she was treated right away and survived. Once she was better, the people looking after her tried to find a home for her, but as she is a typical street dog, no-one in Turkey wanted her. Desperate for her to have a good life, and to not have to go back to the streets, they asked me to take her.

Once she had had her vaccinations, Dalis got to move in to our dog enclosure.

Dalis is a really sweet dog with a great temperament and a happy character. She is a lively little girl who is always up for playing with her friends or trying to jump onto your lap for cuddles. She is a little bundle of happy, excited energy! Dalis is a perfect size for any size home: she on the smaller side of medium and very slim, she weighs around 15 kilo.

Dalis loves other dogs and spends most of her day playing with the other puppy-pad residents. She gets along with all the other dogs, big and small. She is used to sharing her living space with other dogs.

Dalis adores people. She will excitedly launch herself at you when you enter the enclosure to say hello and ask for cuddles, and if you sit on the ground when you're there, you're sure to get Dalis climbing all over you, trying to sit on your lap or hang over your shoulders. Dalis is also very friendly towards strangers.

Dalis is still young and she is an adolsecent dog. Her adopters should expect plenty of playful mischief and will need to be consistent with her to make sure she understands the boundaries. Dalis has grown up in the shelter and much of the outside world is new to her, so there will be much she needs to learn and get used to when she arrives in her new home.

With her happy, enthusiastic nature, we expect that Dalis will fully embrace life in a home and with some guidance and training from her family, she will be wonderful loyal companion to her people and will bring lots of joy to her new home.

Our dogs arrive in their homes microchipped, up to date on their Rabies and Mixed vaccinations, spayed/neutered, dewormed and deflead and tested for Heartworm, Ehrlichia, Leishmania and Anaplasma. The dogs visit the vets for a final health check before they travel. If needed, their teeth are cleaned and X-Rays are taken of any potential areas of concern. Any concerns or potential health issues we are aware of will be communicated with you beforehand.
