❄ What makes Ember special: Ember has slightly uneven hips, the result of a hip resection operation she had to undergo after she was hit by a car

Ember is an abandoned hunting dog who had been looking for a home for over 1,5 years before she came to us.. She injured her hip (most likely in a traffic accident) and needed to undergo surgery, which is probably why she was abandoned. After she recovered from her operation, her rescuers tried to find a home for her in Turkey, but after 1,5 years of trying to find a family for her locally, they realised that her only hope at a good life would be to be able to leave Turkey and find a home abroad.

You would never know Ember has been through such hardships in life.. Ember is an energetic, happy dog who is full of life! She never lets anything get her down!

Ember is an extremely social dog who gets along with everyone. She adores people and loves getting attention and cuddles. She is very affectionate, but doesn't constantly badger you for attention. She is very friendly towards strangers and greets everyone happily. She also gets along very well with other dogs and is good friends with all the other dogs in the enclosure. She is polite and friendly when meeting new dogs.

As an abandoned hunting dog, Ember has a prey drive and she likes to chase birds around the enclosure. She doesn't like cats. Her adopters will have to be cautious about where and when Ember can be allowed off leash.

Ember is very energetic and playful and would thrive with a family with an active lifestyle. She walks well on the lead and is very confident when out for walks. She is always excited to be taken to new places to go out and explore!

Ember has so much love to give, and so much joy to bring. Could you offer Ember the forever home she so deserves?

Ember is currently in Turkey and is ready to travel to the EU/the UK

The dogs arrive in their homes microchipped, up to date on their Rabies and Mixed vaccinations, spayed/neutered, dewormed and deflead and tested for Heartworm, Ehrlichia, Leishmania and Anaplasma. The dogs visit the vets for a final health check before they travel. If needed, their teeth are cleaned and X-Rays are taken of any potential areas of concern. Any concerns or potential health issues we are aware of will be communicated with you beforehand.
