❄ What makes Clea special: Clea has different colour eyes, one dark brown and one light brown!

Clea came into our care in early 2024. She had been wandering the streets all by herself, with no-one to protect her, until she found a local petrol station and sought shelter there. The management of the petrol station tried to shoo her away, but one of the employees of a local business took pity on her and tried to keep her safe. But despite Clea's sweet, calm character, the management kept on trying to get rid of her. Wanting to give her a shot at a home and a good life, the animal lover looking after her asked us to take her in.

Clea is a calm dog with an easy-going character. She is friendly and cheerful and loves people.

Life in the shelter is a bit overwhelming for Clea, and she tends to stick to herself and hang back in the quiet corners in her kennel. She is friends with all the dogs she shares her kennel with, but can be nervous around new dogs and prefers her peace and quiet. We think she would be happiest as the only dog in the home.

Outside of her kennel, Clea is confident and laid-back. She enjoys going on walks and walks well on the lead. She isn't easily startled and likes going to new places.

Clea loves people and is very affectionate. Although she hangs back and tries to avoid the chaos of the other dogs' excitement when a visitor comes into her kennel, once it is her turn to get attention she happily asks for cuddles from both people she knows and strangers.

Clea would be really happy to be able to leave the shelter and have a loving home where she can live a calm life with her adopters.

Clea is currently in Turkey and is ready to travel to the UK or the EU.

The dogs arrive in the Netherlands microchipped, up to date on their Rabies and Mixed vaccinations, spayed/neutered, dewormed and deflead and tested for Heartworm, Ehrlichia, Leishmania and Anaplasma. The dogs visit the vets for a final health check before they travel. If needed, their teeth are cleaned and X-Rays are taken of any potential areas of concern. Any concerns or potential health issues we are aware of will be communicated with you beforehand.
